There's More than enough love to go Around

These guys are at the PSPCA right now ready to come home with you. I'm a firm believer in the mutt. As one of my favorite family members was one. The PSPCA united me with one of my best friends and they are really doing a lot to find great homes for great animals. I just went to visit the PSPCA yesterday and there are so many great dogs there right now. They even have 2 puppies that need a foster home. Below are the three I got to play with, but there were many other adorable pups who wanted to play too. Remember if you aren't ready for a dog or cat yet, you can foster puppies or kittens or you can just show up to play with the dogs and get them some exercise. Find out how you can get involved at: http://pspca.org/

    Ginger ----------------->

Ginger is soooo happy and friendly. She loves to play and loves saying hi to other dogs. She has a lot of energy but it isnt hard at all to settle her down because she loves to snuggle. Come to the PSPCA to play with her and you wont be able to leave without her!

Call the PSPCA and ask for Ginger!

     And all of us! ----->

Introducing, The Art - o - Mat

Art comes in all shapes and sizes- And sometimes in the shape of a cigarette box. If you are an artist looking for a fun project, an extra marketing opportunity or an art lover on a budget - look no further. Clark Whittington has come up with the idea to recycle old cigarette vending machines and turn them into original art dispensors.

In June 1997, Clark was set to have a solo art show at a local cafe, Penny Universitie in Winston-Salem, N.C. He used a recently-banned cigarette machine to create the first Art-o-mat®. The machine sold Clark’s black & white photographs mounted on blocks.

The show was scheduled to be dismantled in July 1997. However, the owner loved the machine and asked that it stay permanently. At that point, it was clear that involvement of other artists was needed if the project was going to continue. The owner introduced Clark to a handful of other local artists and the group Artists in Cellophane (AIC) was formed.
Now there are over 100 locations in the country and over 400 participating Artists. To find a location or find out how to submit your work....OR HOW TO GET ONE, visit:

So the next time you run into one of these non-cancer-causing-art-machine's - buy a pack of Blair Barbour's.
